If you’d rather not cook, how about getting takeaway, in the skipper manual on board the hire boat, you will find details of local takeaways across a variety of popular locations.
Fancy an afternoon Tea with crustless sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream and unlimited Yorkshire tea and coffee? Perhaps head to Wroxham, moor up at the public moorings & visit The River Kitchen, and indulge yourselves in treats and sweets or The Old Mill Restaurant, Bar and Café who are one of our privilege partners offering 10% off food orders over £5.
We have teamed up with many local businesses and you will receive as part of your break, a privilege card which entitles you to savings at local pubs, restaurants and attractions.
If you’re dining at the Swan Inn or Bure River Cottage at Horning, there is a beautiful circular walk there taking in lovely countryside but also the parish church and the main street with quaint village shops and a few public houses worthy of a visit!
